What type of writing projects do you work on?

We specialize in children's books. Our series follows two main characters, who are horses, Mama Moon and Baby Star.  They are inspired by our own farm where we breed and raise horses. 

What types of readings do you do?

We can share and read our book(s) with the audience, but we can also provide programs such as writing workshops for children ages 5-12.

Have you written any other books?

Amanda Reamer is also the author of a collection of poetry about Pittsburgh called Heinz 56.

Amanda and Shannon Reamer are a mother and daughter writing pair who spend their time taking care of horses, exploring the outdoors, and loving art and nature.  Amanda is a college English professor, and Shannon is a talented singer, swimmer, and equestrian.
